Shipping

 

We utilize Fedex, UPS and USPS shipping carriers and ship within the contiguous 48 states.

International Shipments outside of the US:  Not all of our vendors ship outside of the contiguous US. For all international orders, including Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us to ensure that we will be able to accommodate your order. We typically ship International orders via FedEx or UPS at our discretion. We may choose an alternate carrier depending on the destination address. We will provide tracking information for your order once the package ships.

Shipping charges do not include local Duties, Taxes or Tariffs, which are assessed by the shipping destination country. Any and all Duties, Taxies and Tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient.  

Unless we have items in stock, many of our home decor products ship directly from our vendors and are subject to additional processing and shipping time.

Artwork:

Original Artwork typically ships from our studio within 3-5 business days. We ship 8.5 x 11” prints flat and 13 x 19” and larger sized artwork rolled (Rolled artwork is the safest way to transport larger works).

Personalized/Customized Artwork is created just for you and typically ships within 10 business days. You will be sent a Proof to review and approve. We do not print without final Proof approval.

Giclee Reproductions of Shell’s artwork (Framed) ship direct from the vendor and therefore, are subject to additional processing and shipping timelines. We do our best to keep you posted on the estimated delivery schedule of your order.

Damages 

 

We expertly package our products to reduce the risk of damage in transit. The vendors we work with are equally as fastidious about packaging. However, occasionally an item arrives damaged.  Please inspect your package carefully upon receipt.  If you notice your order has been damaged by the carrier upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and notify us within 24 hours and we will assist you with your order. If shipping damage is discovered after the goods have been received, or if your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, it’s important for you to notify us within 3 business days of receiving the goods so we can best assist you.

Returns

 

Original Fine Art: I want you to love my original artwork. Returns are accepted within 7 business days if my art does not meet your expectations. Original Art must be returned at buyers cost, shipped in original packaging, insured for full value and must arrive undamaged and in perfect resealable condition in order for my studio to issue a refund.

Giclee reproductions: All sales are final on all artwork purchased through our Large Artwork Shop page. Please inquire if you have additional questions about the artwork shown before purchasing.

Our made to order products (Studio Collection Pillows, textiles, wallpaper and studio art prints) are created just for you and we do not accept returns on these items.  We offer samples of our textile and wallpaper collection for purchase on our website and strongly suggest you purchase samples of these products before buying to ensure they meet with your satisfaction.

Rugs / Silk Pillows:   We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you should decide to return it, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and we will assist you with specific return instructions, which include us issuing you an R.M.A.# and directing you to use approved shipping carriers.  Rug returns must be repacked in original packaging and you will be responsible for covering all shipping costs (pre-paid freight as well as a 15% restocking fee) related to the return.
